@ Drake - Yes, it can be but it will be house specific only. It means that in D-9 chart, only look for 9th house lord position in other houses and other house lords sitting in 9th house. Likewise, in D-10 chart, only look for 10th house lord position in other houses and other house lords sitting in 10th house. Hope this helps.
