Consultation Format - All consultations (except Birth Time Rectification) are conducted over call (Phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet). You may record the session for your future reference

Birth Time Rectification (BTR): Provided as a handwritten report (not software-generated). Delivered within 10 days of booking

Scheduling - Consultation calls are scheduled within approximately 10 days of payment. Scheduling is based on mutual availability

Questions and Follow-up - Please share your questions clearly in advance. All relevant questions will be addressed during the session.

Post-consultation - One follow-up via email is allowed (for missed questions or updates). Additional follow-ups require a fresh consultation.

Cancellation and Refund - 100% refund is applicable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for missed appointments.

Right to Decline - I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a consultation if I feel that the intent, expectations, or approach are not aligned with the nature of this work.
