Aquarius - As Shatabhishak is part of Aquarius sign, Aquarius and things represented by Aquarius are also important here. Aquarius is 11th sign of zodiac belt, hence it signifies the things and energy related with 11th house of horoscope, such as Gains, Desires, Hopes and Wishes, Large Organisations, Network Circles etc. Besides this, Aquarius also represents Scientific Thinking & Research, Uplifting the Society, Higher Goals & Rewards for all. Ketu represents our past-life expertise. So, these people can be inherently good at serving others. They can be natural healers as they have already dealt with health care in past-life. As Shatabhishak remains a nakshatra of healing, health care and medicines, most commonly they can be working in health-care related work. Ketu represents alternate ways of healing. So, Ketu in Shatabhishak Nakshatra shows someone who is serving others in alternate ways of healing. This is also middle portion of Aquarius which represents new-age technology. Ketu there can show past-life expertise in that area also. But as Ketu represents separation, it can be the case that they may feel separated from these activities initially but when they are left with no other choice but to work in these areas of healing or new-age technology then they can do it easily as they may realize that they are naturally good at it.

As Ketu itself represents separation, split, break-up etc, if Ketu is getting involved in relationship matters in a chart, it is never a good placement.
