Recently I have come across of the view that Rahu and Ketu don't have aspects on 5th or 9th house, for the simple reason that they are shadow planets and for aspects you need a sight not shadow. I am yet to verify it on at least 50 charts, so for now I will continue with traditional approach of 5th and 9th aspects of Ketu.

So, when Ketu is in Aquarius in a horoscope, these people like to work as per their own way. So actually, Aquarius is a sign of large organisation and large organisations come with lots of rules/regulations/processes related with their work. So, when these people reach there, they feel isolated working in such environment. Concept of networking, at times forced networking, doesn't come easily to them. They will feel that if there is any need then I will talk to someone, why should I get into this networking thing just for the sake of getting a better hike/promotion? So, it is a situation with these people that whenever they reach in big companies/organisations, they don't stay their for a long time. Aquarius is a sign of Scientific Research and Ketu is planet of mysticism/occult, so most of the time their research relates to occult world and done from a secluded place as Ketu is also a seclusion. They don't like to network a lot but I won't say they are loners. They usually have a long list of friends but they communicate when there is any need to communicate. Likewise, they are always there to respond when their friends need to communicate. Great position for anyone who has passion to work on his own ideas and research about it to make a difference in the world at large.

But the extent of this impact will always be as per the Nakshatra Ketu is in. In Dhanishtha Nakshatra, it will be impacted by Mars as nakshatra lord. In Satabhisha Nakshatra, Rahu will be impacting Ketu. In Purva-Bhadrapada, Jupiter will be the one impacting Ketu.

Also, as the co-lords of Aquarius, Ketu will be impacted by Saturn's and Rahu's position.
