Upcoming Challenging Transits for Aquarius Sign

As discussed before, Aquarius sign is going through a difficult transit of Maraka Impact due to transits of Saturn and Ketu ( https://www.astrosaxena.com/articles/MarakaImpactonAquariusSignduring2025and2026 ). As Saturn is transiting in Pisces (2^nd from Aquarius) and Ketu is transiting in Leo (7^th from Aquarius), it brings very difficult year ahead for Aquarius sign. Needless to say that another malefic Rahu is also in Aquarius sign itself.

This means that we need to remain extra cautious in matters or with people related with house where Aquarius sign is falling in our chart.

Now, as other transits are also moving towards Aquarius sign, intensity of this challenging times for Aquarius sign will further increase. Let’s look at it here –

a. First of all, we need to keep in mind that from now till mid-April, 2026, Mars and Sun would largely transit together. This itself creates lots of fire as two fiery planets are moving together in different signs in next 4-5 months. Hence, going forward in this article, when I am saying that Mars is transiting in different signs then it is understood that Sun is also transiting along with Mars and bringing double fire in that house where they are moving. The reason behind focusing on Mars transit is that its slightly longer transit in comparison with Sun.

b. Mars is transiting in Scorpio now from where it aspects Rahu in Aquarius. Mars-Rahu energy exchange creates Angarak Yoga. It can bring aggression or fire in matters or dealing with people related with house where Aquarius falls in chart.

c. Then Mars will be in Sagittarius from 7^th Dec, 2025 to 15^th Jan, 2026. Mars will aspect Saturn in Pisces. This will bring double malefic impact on Pisces sign which is Makara for Aquarius sign.

d. Then Mars will be in Capricorn sign from 15^th Jan, 2026 to 23^rd Feb, 2026. This will create Paap Kartari Yoga for Aquarius sign as Saturn is in Pisces and Mars will be in Capricorn. This shows very frustrating time for Aquarius sign.

e. Moreover, Mars 8^th aspect will go on Ketu in Leo. This again brings double malefic impact on Leo sign which is Makara for Aquarius sign.

f. Needless to add that next solar eclipse will also take place in Aquarius sign on 17^th Feb, 2026.

g. Then Mars will transit in Aquarius sign from 23^rd Feb, 2026 to 2^nd April, 2026 where it will join Rahu. This can be the most challenging time for Aquarius sign as two strong malefic Rahu-Mars will be together in Aquarius and another two strong malefic Saturn-Ketu are creating maraka effect on Aquarius Sign.

h. Then Mars will move into Pisces sign from 2^nd April, 2026 to 11^th May, 2026. Here again, it will be conjunct with Saturn in maraka house for Aquarius sign.

i. So, we can say that coming 4-5 months can be really tough for things or people related with house where Aquarius falls in chart. People with Aquarius as ascendant, Sun sign or Moon Sign may feel most impact but for others too, Aquarius falls somewhere in chart and that area related people or things may get impacted. So, it is time to be extra cautious in that particular area of life which has Aquarius sign in birth chart.

j, Also, I am not saying that from mid-May, 2026, everything will be Rosy all of a sudden. I am just saying that we need to be extra cautious in next 4-5 months. Normal caution is needed in any transit.

k. When so many malefic planets come together then dasha becomes obsolete. Hence, we need to be extra cautious regardless of the fact that dashas are activating Aquarius sign or not.
