Now, the biggest make or break situation with this placement will come with Venus position as Venus is lord of Libra. So, if Mercury is in Libra and Venus is placed in Virgo, that's when person may find lots of obstacles and troubles as Venus is in its Debilitated sign in Virgo. On the other hand if Venus is in Libra itself along with Mercury or in Pisces, then it is a much better scenario for Mercury to work. That's why it is most important to read a chart on a whole.
